Beam Bradbury Biography U.S. creator, conceived in Waukegan, Ill., on Aug. 22, 1920. In his accounts, Bradbury wove together the interest of changing innovation with sagacious social critique. One of his most popular works was 'The Martian Chronicles’; an assortment of interrelated stories concerning colonization of the planet Mars those pulled in perusers both youthful and old. In it, Bradbury depicted the qualities and shortcomings of individuals as they experienced another world. Beam Bradbury experienced childhood in Waukegan and in Los Angeles, where he established a magazine called Futuria Fantasia while in secondary school. He undercuts his first story when he was 21 years of age. His initial stories were distributed in mash magazines, yet Bradbury later distributed stories in such standard magazines as The New Yorker, Mademoiselle, and the Saturday Evening Post. His sci-fi and dream short-story assortments included 'The Martian Chronicles', 'The Illustrated Man', and 'Dinosaur Tales'. Bradbury's 1980 assortment, 'The Stories of Ray Bradbury', covers a wide scope of points, none of which is genuinely sci-fi. His books included 'Fahrenheit 451', Dandelion Wine, and 'Something Wicked This Way Comes'. 'Fahrenheit 451' was made into a movie in 1966, and 'The Martian Chronicles' later seemed both as a film and a TV miniseries. In 1954 Bradbury was regarded with an honor from the National Institute of Arts and Letters for his commitment to American writing. In 1956 he teamed up with John Huston to make the screenplay for 'Moby Dick'. Notwithstanding fiction Bradbury composed 'Zen and the Art of Writing' and furthermore distributed such dramatizations as 'The Anthem Sprinters’, 'The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit, The Pedestrian’, and volumes of verse including 'When Elephants Last in the Dooryard Bloomed', 'Where Robot Mice and Robot Men Run Around in Robot Towns', and 'The Haunted Computer and the Android Pope'.
